Limited options in Waterville area during Colby College events so this was is. Clean, friendly staff but some transient guests. It appeared that some guests were staying there as a transitional housing option. There were also signs warning about human trafficking that were unnerving. Would recommend other options in Waterville if they are available.

The bed was comfortable, tv and remote worked, coffee maker, nice towels and friendly staff!
The door didn't close right, shower sprayed everywhere except me! The toilet needs repair had to hold down handle every time to flush. Bathroom floor and arounf tub need to be replaced. Carpeting and furniture are old and need to be replaced! Definitely not worth the rate I was charged and the breakfast was pitiful!

Front desk staff was rude. Overcharged. The room smelled terrible. No military discount. Sketchy people standing around outside. I will never return not recommend

They never mentioned there was a pet fee and threatened us with a $300. fine for not reporting the pet, even though they described themselves as a pet friendly motel. This is the second time we have had this sort of issue with an Indian managed motel. Both times they tacked on extra fees not previously mentioned and were both belligerent and threatening.

clean and neat. Had a small tv problem but it was taken care of immediately. Priced well..i would stay there again. Thank you...also it was my first motel stay by myself since my husband passed away a year ago. I felt safe and comfortable..very important to me as I was nervous.

If you want a smoker friendly place..stuck in the 60's in every respect and the cheapest of cheap everything this is the place.

A simple room, adequate. All the doors stuck and were difficult to open. Bring your own toiletries. Breakfast minimal. Nearby pizza and convenience store which helped for dinner. Staff on duty 24 hours and attentive. Clean and bed very comfortable.
