Room 3 should NOT be offered as a guest space. It is stiflingly hot, with no AC. When you open a window, you get a great view of a giant HVAC system (which unfortunately only blows hot air into the already hot room.) The beds are not the advertised memory foam, but just hard old mattresses.
We requested a different room after our first night, but unfortunately the hotel was full.
The staff a pleasant and the breakfast was good. Sadly, those two good things couldn’t make up for how physically uncomfortable we were in our room.

I think that this was the only such room in the hotel as it looked out on a noisy HVAC unit and required us to keep the wooden shutters closed to keep out noise. The hotel was very accomodating in moving our room the next day, which had a nice view of the inner courtyard and allowed us to bring in natural light to the room. The staff were very pleasant, and it really is a very nice and very reasonably priced hotel to stay in while in Ravenna. As long as you don't get Room 3, I apologize for my poor earlier review and would recommend the hotel.

We stayed one night at the hotel before heading off on a cruise. It was very comfortable & breakfast was included which was an added bonus. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station & the old part of the town where there were plenty of options for dinner. The staff were friendly & helpful with suggestions of what to visit & organised a taxi to take us to the cruise terminal the next day.

I loved the convenient location of this property, and it was slightly hidden or tucked away from traffic. The room was cute, comfortable, and great shower. It was filled with little items like snacks and water. The people managing the property were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this cute little spot, and I would go back here if ever in Venice again.

A walkable spot, close to bus station and old city. The hotel was full of character with lovely sitting rooms inside and out. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and lovely, the bathroom was dated. The room was spotless and comfortable.

This hotel is near the train station in an old palazzo. The rooms have very high ceilings and the furniture is old, but the bed was fine. Things were clean. Breakfast was fine .it was also close to the information center, so it was perfect for us.

Nice hotel in an old palace with a central location. Breakfast was the most phenomenal high quality spread I've come across in all my travels (to 100+ countries): burratina, good prosciutto, walnuts with chestnut honey, real juice, real coffee, proper baked goods. Finding the free parking was not immediately obvious, so it's worth contacting the hotel prior to arrival for details (you need to buzz at a door on a perpendicular street).
