What a great location! Rooms are exquisite and very quiet for being located near the freeway. Very secluded and quiet setting. It's a favorite weekend getaway for my wife and I!

Hotel is nice with exceptional staffing; except parking for overnight guest parking does not receive complimentary nor privilege to be park indoor with security gate. It reserved for valet parking only.

The Four Seasons as a brand has excellence attached to it always. So I was a bit taken a back by some of the short comings of the hotel during my stay.
The staff are never in doubt and were excellent all during my stay. However a large clump of hair stuck to the wall of the shower was not great, actually as 5 Stars go was pretty poor.
My second fault was when I went for a swim one of the light fittings was completely away from the wall with the cables showing. While I am sure it was safe seeing the cables exposed definitely didn't fill me with confidence and it just shouldn't be happening with an establishment like the Four Seasons.
It was disappointing to say the least.

Stayed 3 nights with my two children. Absolutely amazing stay due to their amazing and refreshing level of service. The kids were very pleased and impressed, and that's all I wanted for them.

It was amazing. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Upon checkin we were warmly greeted by Emily. She checked us in and even ensured my daughter had amenities for our stay. rooms were quiet and we could in no way hear the freeway, Definitely will be back.

It was a great experience that I will certainly repeat soon. The food at the restaurant is truly remarkable, both for quality of the ingredients and execution. Excellent choice of wines, including several high end options for true connoisseurs, and high end champagne also by the glass. A true 5 stars experience!

They really take care of your at this hotel. Rooms are very comfy and the place is well cleaned. Id like to have an alternative to the #40/night valet parking.
