The pictures on the website were different than the physical room. I asked for early check-in, and once we arrived the 2 hours as requested, the room was not ready, and the cleaning staff was out to lunch. We left, returned about an hour later, and were told the room was ready. There was water in the walkway, so we tracked water into the room, one set of towels, and when to turn on the TV, it didn't work. The refrigerator was not plugged in. We called for maintenance, and after three people came In the room and could not fix the TV, we were moved to the next room. We couldn't communicate with the cleaning staff so well as they did not speak or understand English. We were pressing for time to be at an event at 3:00 pm and didn't have a chance to talk with the manager, who was coming in at 3:00 pm. I was unhappy with my stay there and will think twice before booking a room with Quality Inn.

The stay was good but the free breakfast is a joke you literally have a hotel employee sitting there staring at you while you eat. She was extremely rude also. A gentleman had warmed up his breakfast sandwichs before I did and when I put mine in the microwave she confronted me and said that’s been in there awhile I literally had to explain that I hadn’t been using the microwave myself. It was definitely a race thing she was black the gentleman before me was also black and she didn’t say a thing to him about grabbing multiple sandwiches but I got confronted because I was trying to microwave my breakfast. It was bizzare to experience but shes a terrible racist

The hotel people were nice. The room was nasty. The room was hot , the ac didnt work properly. There was stray cats everywhere, i felt bad for them but drove my dog crazy ! Wont stay there again.

It was conveniently located and acceptable. The only complaint was not enough towels and the floor was only broom swept, not mopped, so after a shower your feet got dirty again.

very clean…i had expensive work equipment in the bed of my truck & it was safe and untouched for 3 nights. Nice location as well, my teenage son was with us & he was within a 5 min walk of EVERYTHING! Front desk people helpful & friendly. I’ve been in the area for 2 weeks working & this was by far the cleanest & nicest within the price range

Need to clean the smells are bad ,no toilet paper,I had to use my own ,towels where stained, bed are no confortable, pillows so soft ,sofa where stained ,breakfast were nothing so bacis and had no choices ,we didnt request room change becuse got so tired and just need to rest from long driving ,but i never will comback to this hotel no familly friendly
