Very nice room. Just know that there are stairs everywhere, to the rooms in the palace and all over Dubrovnik

Once I was able to find it...asking everyone for HELP along the way...It was a Good Location. Although, it was a bit noisy. They were nowhere to be found when I checked in, but they came over in the evening when I was in Bed to collect! They ONLY ACCEPTED CASH! I told them that that would leave me with little to no cash. They simply did NOT care! Shame on them. This is not good Business...not worth it!

a unique slice of life in the old town of Dubrovnik. We found our hotel down a tiny street, rang the bell and in the lobby found the envelope with our name, the key and instructions. Since we had the 'economy' room, we went back outside and up to the next door, a tiny room with a comfortable, very clean bathroom and good shower, which opened directly on to the street. Ventilation required opening a small window, and we could hear the chattering of tourists in the street. But not too late at night. The hostess kindly allowed us to have a late checkout so we could leave our bags in room for the morning adventures. a charming and very private stay - apart from minimal street noise.

The quiet location in Old Town was great! Room was very small but nice with refrigerator, coffee maker and utensils. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Entered room directly from the street, so there was some evening noise but very quiet at night. Host is very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ritali Old Town. It was clean, modern with a small kitchen. Very convenient to some of the Best restaurants in Dubrovnik and shops. Loved our stay.

Great stay! The hotel was very accommodating and check in and out was some of the easiest I’ve had it. Very very convenient location for Old City and I would stay here again on another visit!

Note that this is not staffed most of the time; on arrival there was no one there to let me in and no one responded to the various doorbells. I only got in because by luck another couple was entering and let me inside. "Checking in" was picking up an envelope with your name on it - perfectly fine, but maybe not for every traveler. The room had everything that a traveller needs. It is also very clean and very cozy! It was nice that we could get an English chanel, which allowed us to watch the latest news around the world! Location of the hotel is excellent, close to many restaurants and shop, but very quiet. Bed was very comfortable!

Property was exactly as expected. Perfect for a short stay with 2 bedrooms. There are a lot of stairs, so be aware. Location is perfect, in the middle of everything.
