Love the area around the hotel. It’s on the quieter side at Diamond Beach. Yet it’s a short drive or bike ride to restaurants, shopping or the boardwalk. Wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and decorated with modern beautiful furniture and accents. Beds were comfortable. View of the ocean and pool was great. Very happy with the private beach and the services for the beach. They provide your chairs, umbrella and towels. They also offer rides back and forth between the hotel and beach if needed. All free of charge. Food was delicious. The only complaint I could come up with was the service at the restaurant. The waitress/waiter was not very attentive and a little slow but other than that I will definitely be returning next year for another trip.

We’ve booked this last minute, what a pleasant surprise. The hotel was so clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Jonathan checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room. So glad we went. Definitely be back. Cathy was wonderful also. The entire staff would go out of their way to do anything to help us. Even to carry our bags. 10 minutes from Cape May, which was triple the price. Close to everything that we wanted to do. The only downfall was it was just a one night stay. Won’t make that mistake again.👍

This was like home away from home. The staff was excellent. The fiod was good and the beach was perfect.

Room was immaculate! Booked this resort for the activities such as fire pit on beach and live music. Labor Day weekend and there were no fires and no live music Friday-Sunday. The Star beach bar was a mess and the bartender literally said he couldn’t serve us due to a long line and table service being busy. I could have saved a few hundred dollars down the street for a beach and pool without the fluff.

We really loved the property. The beach access was our favorite. We were able to park and go to the beach before check in which was very nice. I'm not sure that our two night stay was quite worth $1800 though. The room was a little smaller than I had thought. It worked but still pretty costly.

One of the best properties around. Great service. Lots of entertainment. Transportation to and from the boardwalk and beach. Very few hotels to this in the Wildwood area. Will go back again.

Upon arrival at 3pm checkin, not enough valets to help or even carts, received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, loved the chairs/umbrella at the beach and direct access to the beach,restaurant on site but very busy with a wedding reception leaving our dinner service less then perfect, ordered room service which never arrived but charge was removed from the bill. Probably going elsewhere next trip!

The property was great, very clean for the amount of people in the neighborhood. What can I say about the staff, from the time we arrived to the time we checked out, they never said No or even let me check on that. Everything was yes, and sorry for the inconvenience. Great place to stay at.

We loved our stay at the Icona Diamond Beach. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The shuttle driver, Tim was very friendly. We hope to return soon!

Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite including the beach. Loved how beach staff came up to us as soon as we got there to offer thier services.

Beach service was great! Poolside was great too. Luau was too costly. Flapper in the toilet tank kept becoming unhinged.
