Overall, the property was in a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean, however the walls are thin so it was somewhat noisy during our stay. However, Leblon is definitely the area to stay in Rio and I would stay at the Hotel Promenade Palladium again.

Excellent since my arrival with early check in and very helpful and professional team. Very good and large room. Bathroom is ok with a very good shower. Very good happy hour amenities and very good breakfast. Two blocks from de Leblon beach. Strongly recommend

Breakfast was good, have stayed at this premise before, and would say it has been better in the past.
Room was clean and very spacious, however bathroom is small.
Otherwise great choice, a little bit pricey consider other alternatives in town.

I liked the location just 2 blocs from the beach and many walking distance places such as restaurants/Bars, Metro, Pharmacies.
Did not like the being asked to pay in advance when I was just checking in. After telling that I always pay during the check out, they agreed to charge during the check out and I did not have to pay it during the check in.

I didn’t like that I had booked a “cobertura” penthouse and they placed me in a room below it and when I asked them what was the reason, the answer was that they actually had upgraded me. So, I was moved on the second night to the penthouse. The terrace area didn’t have any furniture. I thought it was a kind of weird!

Top safe in one of the best neigborhoods in Rio.
Sure, the room and bathroom is a bit dated , but the king bed is amazing, the shower has one of the best water pressures I’ve experienced in a hotel, it has a real balcony and breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly. I had an issue with wifi and it was resolved on the spot. Location is prime, oak berry is right next door, and all the restaurants you can think of are around the area (everything is within walking distance). And The Leblon beach is a block away. Overall I would definitely stay here again , specially since most Rio hotels don’t have balconies
