The room and washroom was clean and upgraded. I would suggest that you provide a towel bathmat so it can be washed or replaced with the other towels.
There seems to be a urine smell lingering in the washroom most likely coming from the mat. The guy from the reception was friendly and accomodating.

This property was ok. It could have been cleaner meaning pay attention to edges of floors and the box spring cover was dirty on one of the beds. The mattress was very firm. So if you like that then great.
No place to hang coats or clothes.
Otherwise for a quick stayover it was fine and the price was good.
I love how they modernized the rooms and bathroom but then had the old furniture. But it would be expensive to upgrade that too.

Our rooms were very clean .looked newly renovated. The washrooms were very clean too. We will definitely go back there.

It the old adage "u get what u pay for" i wanted an inexpensive clean room, bed and a shower in the morning.
2 out of 3. The towels may have been clean but they had black stains and i think they were to be white not tan.

When I arrived I notice internet very sketcy but every thing seems okay. I went for supper. When I returned went to watch TV. The the TV had a error messsage. I contacted fron desk and he said they have a wiring problem in basement. They new this before I checked in as I have a picture of the cable wall plate pulled apart. Sinc e I had no internet or TV I asked for a different room or money return I'll go somewhere else. He called owner they were full and only offered $20 off to be returned to credit card. At this writing that hasn't been done. I have pictures of the parking lot when I left at 6:30AM with at least 15 spots empty. The shower I had just barely called hot water. I looking for a place in Cornwal to stay 8 times a year as I own property in Alantic Canada and a condo in Ontario. Cornwall is half way. If the owner had complied with my request I would have tried it again. So in conclussion I believed the owner rented me the room knowing the TV wasn't working lied to me about being full and probably will not refund the $20 taken off. Never go there again. His loss. If you want contact me and I can send you pictures.

Everything was good except the bed. It was too soft so in the morning my back was hurting.

Staff very accommodating, booked 2 rooms and requested to check in a couple hrs early. Had one room ready and the 2nd one within 30 min after. Much appreciated!

Our stay at Elect 5 was very good.
They held our reservation even though our credit card was compromised.
They were very friendly & helpful and the room we had was very nicely renovated.
We would definitely stay here again when we come back through. 😊

Gentlemen who checked us in was extremely friendly and accommodating. This was an inexpensive room; we just needed somewhere to sleep, and it did the trick for us. It was quiet. Missing things like hangers, place to put your suitcase.
