Situated in a quiet street in central Krakow, minutes from the main square, it was great from start to finish. We always worry about the noise coming from outside but this hotel was very peaceful. In addition it was clean, comfortable and had really fantastic food. 10/10.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Food was gorgeous, hotel was spotless, beds were sooooo comfortable and it was perfectly situated for the old town, castle and Jewish quarter. Also there was no noise from outside the hotel as it is not on the tram route. Perfect break.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful. It didn’t have a very nice view from my room, just a wall.
Only two problems - asked if I could have decaffeinated coffee or tea in my room and they said it wasn’t available. Secondly Breakfast items weren’t refilled and buffet area was very crowded.

This hotel is modern and well kept, location is great, with in minutes walking from all sights, breakfast is decent and included every day, staff is courteous and very helpful

The hot Leo was beauty and clean. Breakfast was delicious! The room was spacious. It’s a high standard holter. I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Krakow!

Such an ideal hotel for walking into the old town. Far enough out that it was quiet but close enough to walk easily. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who spoke great English and helped us with directions/train information etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay with them again.

This was our first stop of a few cities in Poland and we enjoyed it immensely. We were treated pleasantly and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, modern and comfortable. the amenities were excellent and the breakfast was excellent. The area is very walkable and a short from the old town.

A couple of minutes from a tram stop too, if you want to get out of the city or to the train station. The hotel was absolutely lovely, very clean and comfortable, the staff were also amazing, polite, efficient and helpful, a very well run establishment. The beds were super comfortable, and the room well equipped, we had a standard room and there was plenty of space for the two of us. The bathroom looked brand new, very clean, compact but with a lovely big shower. There was a tea/coffee maker in the room and water available in the corridor. Breakfast was excellent, well made and plentiful, and a relaxed atmosphere, the hotel has an award winning restaurant although we didn’t eat there in the evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we will come to Krakow again.

Very polite and resourecful staff. Be careful, you have to reserve parking in hotel. If you pop up withour reservation, it is likely you will park on streets, depending on availability.
