Good customer service, they need to upgrade at least the Pillows. You can not rest with a hard pillow on your bed. Please get new pillows.

Very close to the airport. Uber ride in the morning was only R$10. Many units. Free breakfast buffet in two dining rooms.
But had run down, "tired" appearance... They keep it basically clean... Probably a lot of traffic over the years, in need of some renovation, power washing, painting, etc.

The hotel was very nice, my complain is about the bathroom...there was some mold on the tiles and ceiling. The bath towels could also be better as well as the sheets.

the only thing I don't like was : my reservation was payed for a room with 2 single bad; they put me in a one bad room and charged me the amount of $30 dollar more to give me another bad
