Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. It’s a good location and has many amenities. The space is dated as far as decor but that is to be expected on the Cape. We had a few issues but they were resolved to my satisfaction. Our mattress was a little hard and could have used a foam padding. Most importantly my wife enjoyed our stay here more than our previous place we have stayed at in the Cape.

The room was big enough and comfortable. The room could’ve been a little cleaner. There was a lot of dust behind the beds and in the bathroom ceiling fan.

Overall the property was a good value for the cost. Location has a shuttle stop right at it that was great for getting to downtown Provincetown easily and access to the beach was easy. The beds were a bit creaky but overall were okay. The shower had little pressure and the towel bar fell off the wall, but other than that really clean and easy to check in and out. Definitely worthwhile to stay again.

Bring or rent a bike if you’re planning to be in the area for ptown experiences. It can be dangerous getting back after dark so it’s also something to take into consideration. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the building facing the water doesn’t have any AC. Be prepared to leave windows/doors open in the summer.

All of the employees were very pleasant and accommodating. The property needs a huge overhaul though. Dirty carpeting, old furniture. The beach area needs to be cleared of seaweed. The proximity to P Town was the only real positive about this property.

Although the room was clean the room did not have air conditioning. The kitchen floor needed repair. Hocks were broken in the bathroom. Needs outside paint.

The room we stayed in was completely outdated. The bed frame was broken. Changing to the guest couch was not much better with a not so clean mattrass. The room has no air conditioning and was above 80 deg F. The little noisy wall fan was of not much use. If you have kids, the TV is the size of the average small computer screen. Overall the room experience don't meet price and advertisement at all.
The good part, the location with a short walk to the beach and close proximity to Provincetown. Check in personal was very friendly. I could not make a check out experience as there was no person available.
In overall not the best lodging experience.

We had a full kitchen, full refrigerator, double balcony suite. Will come back again. Wish I knew that they served breakfast but that was okay since we brought food with us. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful.
