Excellent customer service. The manager phoned me when we accidentally left some pills behind and offered to mail them. Extremely kind of them to offer.

Everything was fine except there was no elevator. I struggled to get my bags up and down the stairs.

We stayed 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend for a family get together. We booked 5 rooms. The hotel itself was dated and showing a lot of wear. We had to wear our shoes inside because our feet were getting dirty from the carpet, but the rooms were relatively clean otherwise. The staff was outstanding (with the exception of the housekeeping manager who was extremely rude and has a serious anger problem - avoid him). The super nice front desk ladies went way above and beyond to accommodate us and make us comfortable the whole time we were there. They made sure we were all together on the first floor and had an adjoining room as requested. They alone made up for the carpet and the mean housekeeping guy. Be sure to hand your housekeeping tips directly to the person cleaning your room. The rude, mean guy goes into the rooms before the cleaning staff and takes their tips. I had a hard time believing it until we saw it happen. Even though all was not perfect, we would stay again because the ladies at the front desk were so good to us all.

Great stay at Manhattan Best Western! We were in town for a family half marathon and Mandy at the front desk at Best Western was very helpful and accommodating during our stay - breakfast food, local recs - appreciate her help during our trip!

Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice with wide assortment to choose from. Beds were not very comfy.

There was a friendly face waiting for us when we arrived from our long drive from Kansas City. Things were in order quickly and there were no surprises. The breakfast the mornings we were there was on par for what we wanted to have to start our days. The staff was friendly and even the guests were friendly to us from Hawaii.

Worst place I have ever stayed in manhattan kansas. Dirty, made me feel gross, A/C broke, we moved to 3 different rooms in our 3 day stay. I have been dealing with getting a refund and the management staff is rather rude and blames these problems on other staff members. Won’t be staying here again for sure.

Excellent customer service, extremely clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Small hotel.

We've stayed here a couple of times over the last few years. It's the halfway point on a road trip we take to see family. Friendly staff, clean rooms & good breakfast. Always look forward to staying at this location.

Bed was comfortable, staff at the checkin was very pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was fine. Room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was very limited. No yogurt, no butter, no juice! We were told the truck had not arrived. The bacon, sausages, peppers and scrambled eggs were all served in the same greasy skillet. No biscuits for the sausage gravy.

I came for breakfast at 7:15 and there crumbs of eggs and gravy left as well as lukewarm coffee. The desk clerk spent her time smoking out front instead of checking on levels of food. I also had to go through cabinets to find forks and spoons.

Helped by 3 different staff & everyone was so polite & helpful. Parking & entry is not well lit. No elevator. Room was well appointed although worn. Breakfast was great!
