Positive: hotel was comfortable, it was clean, super friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, and hotel close to major avenues, “La Alameda and El Bosque”.
Negative: Pressure on the shower head was super weak!!! Air conditioning was extremely loud. The hall ways were very hot. Front desk staff were not very knowledge on tours availed around the city!!

Good hotel with friendly staff. The nonsmoking room wreaked of smoke from having been previously smoked in. Heating and air conditioning leaked water onto the floor four of the 9 nights before the staff finally fixed the unit instead of just cleaning up the water. There was also a small open gap between the unit and the window which allowed cold air to enter at night. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but marginally managed. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was worth the price but nothing more. Stay here but don’t get your expectations too high and you won’t be disappointed.

When I got to the hotel I found out my reservation was cancel because I did not confirm the reservation. Apparently, the policy of the hotel is to call and confirm the reservation and if you don't answer the phone your reservation is cancel. I suggest you only reserve if you are able to answer the call.

Hotel was very, very nice and clean, service is great, location is super good, room has a the right size, very quiet, overall will be my official hotel to stay while in Torreon, and last price is great!!!!!!
