Cleanliness is a big factor for us. There were hairs on the bed, towels, tub. The floor felt slummy between the bed and the wall.

Very clean rooms, beds are pretty comfortable. Area around is under construction so traffic is a bit hectic at times. Overall great value for extended stays. Bring extra towels and any dish/cookware if you are planning to cook your own meals, rooms have very functional kitchenettes. Including Full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and 2 burner stove top. Oh and if you're a coffee drinker bring your own coffee pot, they are unfortunately not provided.

It’s was ok until check out time we asked for 12 to be the check out time lady in front wrote in the notes and she was very nice. But the guy who I guess is the housekeeper or over the house keeping just walked in and didn’t knock and was very rude even when we told him it was noted at the front desk for 12 o’clock and then at 11:40 He still was trying to get in the room.

This is a bare bones hotel. It’s the only affordable place with a kitchen. It was clean. The ac and tv worked fine. The water was hot but only trickled out of the shower nozzle. No lamps. No rug. No comfortable chair. No dishes. No coffee maker. Nada! The people were nice.

There was a significant amount of rust in the bathroom, terrible water pressure in the shower, the laminate was falling off the sink. Room smelled of mold/mildew.

From the time I arrived to the time I left, I couldn't have waited to leave. Once arrived the front desk agent really made it felt like she didn't want to be bothered what so ever. every question was a inconvenience to her. After dealing with her for a bit I was finally able to go to my room and set my things down. once I entered my room its smelled musty. I sat down for some R&R and the remote to the TV didn't work. Once I was able to find the button on the TV a horrible black line was imprinted onto my TV. I went down to the lobby to talk to the front desk and of course Mrs. Im to busy on my phone Was in a mood. I asked her about my remote and she stated that I should know what tv is up there so I can get the right remote. then I told her about the black line on the TV and under her breath she was "omg not now". I just told her I let her know so I wouldn't get charged for it. over it all I would never stay at a place like this again.
