The staff was knowledgeable about the area. They were very attentive if we had a question or needed assistance I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hailey.

The hotel was very clean. They say breakfast is until 9:30 am, but by 9:00 am all the hot food was gone and not replaced. So eat early if you want food.

Nice clean place with convenient location . The town of Hailey was small but very nice. Restaurant we ate in for dinner was a bike repair place by day and the owner was very nice.

The property itself was as expected. No frills hotel, with basic service but clean. Our room was on the lower level and I think the boiler room was right beneath us. If you looked out the window there were stairs that went down. The noise level was a lot. We heard constant sounds. A loud banging sound woke us several times during the night. It sounded like a door slamming but it was so consistent I don’t think it was. Imagine being startled awake all night long. By morning we were cranky and just wanted to leave. Never even ate breakfast, just left. The area was great but wouldn’t wish that night on anyone.

Delightful pool with perfect temperature, appropriately, hot, hot tub, steam room. Made for a relaxing time.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and I appreciated seeing several again during this visit. It’s always good when excellent staff has continuity at a hotel.
Also, the location is very convenient to the bus line and walking to area locations.

The beds were very hard. I am used to a softer bed. We had to request room service and they skimped on the towels. I am used to getting 4 for a king room and got 2. They had the regular continental breakfast you get at hotels. Nothing amazing and for the price I was disappointed.

To me it seems that when this happens, there ought to be some sort of compensation - but there was nothing.
The woman at the check-in desk had a face full of piercings. I guess she was the best they could get for the money. She was not particularly friendly or welcoming.

The hotel has very quiet and comfortable location, nice room, fridge, microwave. The breakfast s have been improved: had bacon, sausages, variety of tea.
Just one thing we founded strange: the room doesn't have tradiyional hangers, iron board & iron. It has only 2 pegs. There is almost no place to hang clothes in the room with one chair. Since the hotel is under renovation, hope this problem will be sold as well.

This was a nice hotel with reasonable rates for the area. We didn’t stay for breakfast so I’m not sure if it’s good or not. The room was clean and spacious but had really odd noises from the fridge and outside stairway that made it hard to sleep at times. The staff were efficient.
