It was ok! the new suites are supplied with all things modern with a Victorian touch. I 💯 understand & sympathise with the fact that taking care of a Victorian mansion takes a lot of $$$$ hard work and dedication and the prices won’t be enough to cover the costs BUT for guests who are coming for R&R at a B&B want the extra TLC package for the price they are paying - the 24/7 heated pool was a great touch and private parking was a plus. Price of the place was same level as the rest of the high end/ocean-view hotels SO perhaps a daily wipe of the bathroom sinks/toilet and floors and placement of toiletries daily was not much to ask - having a stand or a place to place swimsuits so they could dry before the next day would be a thought as it is a beach town after all..Too many rules using jacuzzi and too many signs of violating properties guests will be fined.. Breakfasts were served but after staying >2 days became monotonous, egg & sausage daily. Fruit cups were a nice Victorian touch. Few juices other than orange would be nice for a B&B so guests feel more welcomed. the muffins in plastic wraps were a turn off and gave the do not touch vibe. Small changes can help the place, a stand saying what’s the menu that morning and let guests with dietary restrictions OR not read and know their choices. Coffee was available 24/7 and some days a small dessert was available to munch on before or after lunch/dinner which was a nice touch… Definitely an adult only low key quiet hotel.

Breakfast provided, French Toast & Quiche delicious! Everything clean-no exceptions! In-room fireplace is warm and jacuzzi is soothing and relaxing and everything works!! All common areas, including the indoor pool, are inviting and pleasant! We had a wonderful stay and will make a point of returning in 2024.

It was delightful, beautiful, immaculate, and the people were so comfortable to be with. I hope to go again.

Good location. Very helpful staff . It’s a mansion so expected to be older construction.

If you want to be able to relax, enjoy a tasty breakfast, have friendly service and have the Washington Mall and the Beach be within in short walk/bike ride I would definitely recommend the Wilbraham. The indoor pool is nice and the grounds in general are very well kept! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and my girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were nice as well, clean, comfortable and spacious.

We would have preferred to stay in the newer building with suites and an elevator. I did inquire sbout upgrading prior to our arrival. The staff was very helpful . Afternoon snacks were not as advertised. Our room was the smallest room we have ever been in. Seemed like no one was there after 5. If you went out after 5 u had to lock the door and a special code to open it upon return

Got to the Inn around 6pm and no one was at the check in desk. It took a while to find the envelop with the room key. Would have been helpful to get a text about the key location.

Understand this is a historic house and rooms are cramped, musky smelling and the floors are slanted and creaky. There are no convenient outlets next to the bed and the bed itself was terribly uncomfortable. Window unit and dehumidifier did not improve the air quality and were very loud. Hopefully they just assigned us a very bad room? Property is beautiful and the staff was lovely but I will not return!

The room decor was large and delightful. The house had charming decor. The owner was friendly and helpful concerning events and dining suggestions in the area. Very convenient walk to town. The pool was warm and clean. The soap etc. in the room was cheap and meager. The breakfast was on paper plates and a tray. Not very good and certainly disappointing. Should have gone to McDonalds.

This was a lovely, immaculate and warm bed and breakfast with a kind and friendly staff. We stayed in the suite building right next to the mansion. While the building itself is modern, the room stayed true to the Victorian look and charm. Again, this facility was immaculate, including the spacious, well appointed bathroom that had an incredible Jacuzzi tub. This was a very good value that allowed for a one night stay.
