Close and convenient to Mayo Clinic. This has been our 2nd stay here for that- some additional available assistive equipment would be a bonus- shower chair availability or positioning pillows for post surgery, otherwise our stay was clean and great as was last time! Thank you

Check in experience was lack luster. The guy barely made eye contact, wasn’t friendly and passed my room key and waters to me. Breakfast are looked pretty rough. Didn’t see anyone working there. Most food was gone by 9am. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights. Of those, they didn't clean the room for 5 days. I reported it 3 times at reception and they only gave me one apology. They didn't solve the problem, so they left us without towels, with the bed unmade and of course with the bathroom dirty. The hotel is new,

The staff was always courteous, kind, and professional. Always willing to help. I found it to be a very clean hotel and a great value!

We loved the large rooms with the separate sitting area and kitchen. The rooms were bright with good lighting, and we appreciated all the drawers and shelves for our belongings. The curtain dividing the sleeping area was a really nice touch. The rooms were perfect for our family. The pool was also a decent size for actually swimming laps. What we didn’t like was that breakfast didn’t start until 7 am and that the gluten free options were limited. Some gluten free bread or baked good would have been nice. Also the first morning there were no more vegetarian omelettes left or they didn’t have them when we arrived around 9:15 am. There was also a smell when we came back to our room after being away all day -almost like a garlic smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom. It was pungent. Thankfully it disappeared by the next day. Also we wished there had been a safe in the room. Overall it was a very good experience.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The blackout curtains really do blackout. If you want it a bit quieter stay on the back end of the hotel as you could hear people talking outside in front of the hotel - didn't bother us, but something to note.

Soap for sink is 3' away from the sink (including a 6" gap between the counter and the wall). Pillows are barely there. Pool; no hot tub.
