I was very disappointed that breakfast was supposed to be included. We went at 830 and the time got breakfast was 7-9. There was just cereal with no milk. Coffee was watered down and there was nothing else there except a couple of apples. We had to go to a restaurant to eat breakfast. We booked there because breakfast was included. The room was cute but literally no one came to clean the room. They asked if we needed anything that was it.

Room was clean and comfortable although could use some repair—broken light fixture, chipped paint, etc. Could have used a second chair and the free breakfast was just cereal, juice and coffee and some apples—it left a lot to be desired. Plenty of parking. Water in bathroom took a long time to get hot. All in all, it was adequate for the price.

This was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The morning after check in the shower wasn't working, I made the mistake of reporting this to the staff and letting them know that the shower handle had come off in my hand when attempting to turn on the shower. After waiting for quite awhile for a maintenance to come take a look at it someone finally came to the room. They came in and pulled the shower handle out, looked at me, and said yes it's broken. Then proceeded to explain that they wouldn't be able to get a plumber in over the weekend so I would not have a working shower for the rest of my stay and there would be a charge for the shower repair but they weren't sure how much that charge would be. I asked about getting a room with a working shower and they said they couldn't provide one. I asked about checking out early and they said they couldn't do that either. They claimed that I had signed paperwork agreeing the room was in order before seeing it, so I asked if I should ask to see the room before signing next time and they replied well no you're not allowed to do that. I contacted Wyndham corporate they took down my complaint and said someone would be in touch within a week but if I needed assistance sooner that I could talk to the property directly, who had obviously made it clear they would be doing nothing to help me be prepared to be in a wedding the following day. We ended up booking a room at another hotel at additional expense to us, don't book here.

This is a very old property , that has been re modeled . Its clean, and they have tried to modernize... If you are looking for a swanky place . This is not it . No coffee maker in room .NO elevator. It did the job . But , I certainly think its way overpriced .People who work there were kind and helpful.

The room had a horrible smell. The shower didn't drain properly. The toilet didn't flush well. The room didn't have what was supposed to have in according to details when booked. Room looked absolutely nothing like in the photos. Paid $400 for a very old hotel room. Very disappointed

The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. The rooms and building were definitely a bit outdated but they tried to make it better. Staff was rarely around to help but check out was easy.

Nice place for a value hotel room. Pros: cost efficient, room had a nice clean smell, close to Hershey, nice bakery and brewery across the street for meals. Cons: our room was directly above the restaurant exit, there was a lot of door slamming and talking outside our window till about 11 pm. However, the rooms on the other side of the building were close to a very busy and loud road so we probably got the better of the two noise issues to deal with. The furniture definitely could stand to be replaced, tv was mounted poorly and didn’t get many common channels that my kids like, such as Disney. But we didn’t watch much tv anyway.

Bathroom door was hard to close you really has to slam the door. The beds was good to me. The the overall smell of the room was terrible. It smelled like meldow. And the wifi is trash, pool area was okay. But it's very close to Hershey Park

At least there were no bedbugs. 1950s style small cramped hotel room. If the price were $100/night, OK. But they charged me $360. The breakfast included was limited choice and poor quality.

Honestly I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel. The concert I was going to see rescheduled so I called to reschedule my booking. When I called in the guy at the front desk told me to call back in 5 minutes- he was away from the desk. I called him back in 10 and he told me he was still busy and in the middle of something and to call back later. I was extremely confused. And hour later out of my own stupidity, clearly, I called back and he yet again refused to help. I hung up. I did not rebook. I did not call back. I ate the fee because i felt defeated and upset. I’ve never had this happen before. I will NEVER book here ever again.

We noticed the room was not the cleanest when we arrived (sides of mattresses were stained/random stains and marks on other furniture and walls) but we got in late and were leaving early in the morning so we just went to sleep. In the morning we noticed a bug in the bed upon leaving. It made me nervous but I realize there are bugs in the world so I tried not to think too much of it. Too expensive for what you get. Our saving grace was the dessert cafe across the street. It was very noisy and everything was old.
