Bungalows are clean and nice, bed is nice and firm, sheets were good. Enough fresh towels, toilet paper etc. Garden is nice around, well kept, but not any place to sit down. Also felt that there was always someone behind the window doing some garden work, and needed to keep the curtains during the day, which was a pity. Waterbottles were nice, but not the most ecological. Fridge was supernice, also the free coffee. Staff was friendly, but not too interested to serve /be around. I rented the motorbike elsewhere, when got bored to wait if someone would serve.
Walls are superthin, so wish to have a silent neighbour. I had nice ones, but heard every single word of their private convo next door.
My biggest minus goes to the elephant camp that is right next door. You here the chains where animals are hold every night and day. And you hear them mourning. It is heartbreaking

Room was basic with no wardrobe or safe but it did the job for a couple of nights

I enjoyed my time here, situated well and close to several bars and restaurants, short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, tour booking available at reception. Complimentary coffee and water refill was available. I felt safe here.

Awesome view from our bungalow. Room was ok, but fun is not enough for these temperatures. Cleanliness was ok, but the bed was uncomfortable. Location was very good! Beach, shops and restaurants are near. Peaceful place in low season.

Was ok for the price. Shower was really basic, and all the time weri high humidity in the room... clothes/towels wont dry!
Whole arel wasent in a good shape, despite off-season they could care more.
I did rent an motorbike at the lobby, that was really ok.
ps: dont book trips to cambodia ober the K.K.Agency...mafia!

Hotel 5 minutes from a very nice beach. Many shops and restaurants around. Very nice and well kept garden. Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee at the reception. Bungalows with fan are small, adjacent bathroom has hot water.

Booked this "boutique" hotel before going to the islands nearby based on location and pics. VERY disappointed - the place is unfinished with construction debris around, no breakfast as advertised, loud guests - apparently some big family of locals having a weekend party - up till after 2 am, then at it again before 7 am. All the rooms are around the pool, so there is not chance for sleeping. Fo the money, go somewhere else.
