They failed at getting me to and from the airport. On the way to I had to get an uber. On the way back the receptionist told me he was 10 minutes away several times. They could have told me the truth, instead I’m waiting outside for over 30 minutes. I would not come here if you need to get to the airport or back comfortably.

The room was spacious and perfect for the two of us. The walk in shower was fabulous we both would just stand in the shower and let the water beat our backs it felt amazing.

The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was very good.

You have to pay to park at there hotel. I wouldn’t recommend. Horrible view. Pull out couch had black stains. Took pictures just in case I can upload it.

I got a room with full kitchen but there was no toaster. It was disappointing that the staff could not get a toaster. Other than that the stay was great, staff was friendly

I am not used to pay for parking on hotels, so for me was a bit not pleasant the news of charging for parking.

I haven’t stayed in this property by Hyatt for many years. It’s fine, it could use a little refreshing. But it was fine for a night. The breakfast was excellent.

Had to stay because of a cancelled flight. Danielle was AMAZING in helping us get from the airport (multiple people and trips) to the hotel. My husband and son arrived an hour before me and when I came in she had my key ready and a big smile. So thankful I had her in my corner helping get us there and checked in!!!
