The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and located in a perfect area. It merry all my needs.

i was really happy with the location, size and quality of the room!especially considering the great price. the neighbourhood is very safe/walkable with many food options. the room was much bigger than i expecyed and the breakfast had great options.
my only small issue was with shower temp/pressure. in order to have the water warm, i couldnt turn the cold tap on at all, so the pressire was very weak. however, i dont think thats the fault of the hotel, it may just be how it is in Bogota at the moment.
ivwould stay again in this hotel in a heartbeat. highly recommend!

Was a good stay, however, very noisy hotel, I could hear everything such as the street, the other rooms, even when people use the bathroom. Not good for a complete relaxation but good enough for the price.

Room is big. Location is ok, though a little isolated, but it’s safe (at least for me). No close by dining. Hotel is divided into 2 buildings. Not responsive to request for airport pickup.

The Staff was amicable, and always willing to help with directions or general questions. I love the balcony room. Can not wait until next year.

Not far from airport, easy Uber ride to tourist district. We were able to check in early, staff were very friendly. Lots of dining options in the area.

No outside area. Remodeling so construction noise all day every day...that was biggest problem. Also area not that great...too far from historic center. Just ok. Would not choose again.

I stayed for a week and had a good time. While minor also I would love for the breakfast shcedule for Sunday to apply to Saturday as well as I usually sleep in Fridays

Good hotel, closed to alot of restaurants and bars. I will say to bring ear plugs as people or workers make noises like around 5 or 6am. The beds are a little too firm for me, but its a good hotel for a good price.

Slept well with an interior facing room. Although small, the room had all amenities and was comfortable. Bed was comfy. Nice staff- walking distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Only downside was Expedia premium upgrade wasn’t honored even though there were rooms available. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
