Stay was fine, staff friendly. breakfast items were over cooked, sausages crunchy on the outside, mushy and tasteless in the middle, bacon dry as old shoe leather, beans and scrambled eggs in a warming try that was far to hot, beans were drying out and egg was so dry it looked like bread crumbs.

Convenient location. We chose this hotel during a road trip specifically for the air conditioning and free breakfast. But once in the room, the air conditioning was not working and the bed was rock hard, so uncomfortable. They offered to change the room but it was too late at night for us so we settled for a fan that broke down. Couldn’t sleep at all so we ended up leaving around 4am and had to miss the breakfast… very disappointing stay!

Air freshener on at all times which was good for a night sleep on the noise outside early morning from the other hotel over the road, treated like a racing track. you need some speed bumps after the bend of road in. From the carparks to the bend out. Nice to be able to have flexible meal times and take to room if need be. All in all I enjoyed my week stay. Thank you all very much.

Great Price Room. Air-Con kept it at nice temp despite the heat outside Quiet. Good comfortable bed nice condition and clean Great breakfast included.

The hotel was clean and lovely. The staff service was excellent. I had an accessible room which was perfect for my needs. In terms of accessibility the outside of the hotel was more challenging. The ramp up to reception only comes from the car park. If you are dropped off at the drop off point there are only stairs on that side. To get to the ramp you have to go on the road into the car park in your wheelchair. If you wanted to go to the starbucks or pub and grill opposite. Once again you take the ramp into the car park but the pavement at the car park entrance does not have a slope to get your wheel up on. So you have to be in the road, which is used by a local business, then cross the road to access the sloped pavement the other side. While this might be more a council issue than the hotel, I feel it's something the hotel could work with the local council about. To ensure there are more step free access points to it's premises.

Not recommended. Only one room card provided. My room had two occupants. Every time one of us needed to go out for a while, she must bring along the room card as the lift requires her to scan the card in order to come back up to the room floor. But that also means there will be no power in the room since the card has to be removed from the card slot in the room. Very inconvenient.
