Clean but basic. No table nor plugs nor lamp by beds. Noisy traffic, long term residents next door that sat outside & their conversations carried into our room since the room doors are not sealed at all.

Great Counter Service. Easy to book thru Expedia. Very clean. Pretty well updated. Very sparse lighting- two options: one overhead and one desk lamp. None by the beds. Seemed odd. Road it was on was very noisy. Needed a white sound app to sleep better. Price was very reasonable and close to a lot of things to do including downtown Mt. Dora. Beautiful older homes and properties nearby. Worth an overnight stay except for road noise.

Amenities were lacking, with hand soap instead of body soap, a malfunctioning bathroom light switch, and missing coffee filters and trash cans. Further problems included roaches in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a malfunctioning fridge. Despite pleasant staff, these issues reflect poor maintenance. I will not return and will leave a one-star review on both the hotel and Expedia. I hope you take this feedback seriously for future improvement.
