Reception staff were brilliant, Tracy even went to the trouble of showing us to the room.
We had a meal in the Amber, portions were large food excellent.

Great little apartment. Very convenient for exploring the Norfolk coast and very close to Cromer. Can walk to the cliff top from there. Well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Comfy, big bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and very new.

Nice hotel with nice pool, saunas and bubbelpool. Well maintained and very nice and helpful staff. Our accommodation was renovated and was in a fabulous condition but I believe that all accommodation has been renovated

Really nice apartment ment was better then expected. Had nice view from the apartment. We had small children with us although the apartment was great parking was a nightmare bays are small and not family friendly.

Lovely place to stay. Large apartment with everything you need. If we’d have known would have taken food with us. Still went to a lovely bistro in Cromer and had a superb meal. Leisure centre was very nice . Everything was spotless and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely return again

This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)

Only two dishwasher tablets were provided for a week long stay. When we asked for more, we were told we would have to buy some. It seems such a shame that, for a high calibre place, one dishwasher tablet per day of the stay cannot be provided. It would cost pennies but would mean a lot

Lovely chalets with everything you need. TV had built in Chromecast which was a bonus. The walk into Cromer is around 20-25 minutes which was fine for us. If you are planning to use Taxis please remember to book well ahead because although very cheap, they are a little scarce at night. Cromer is lovely, I would recommend a visit.

Disappointing accommodation, like a block of flats, not a pleasant environment, no privacy and not pleasant to sit outside.
Could not open bathroom window as it opened out onto a public stairway and people could see in. Fridge barely worked. Uncomfortable sofa.

Great location with some great walks into the town. Site is quite steep in places, but manageable. Apartment was first class with everything you need for the stay.

Pleasant stay for a few days. Studio apartment which was comfortable and well equipped with quality equipment. Reception very efficient and kept us well informed via text as to what was happening each day.
Leisure facilities very good - super pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Hilly site but bus routes nearby. Did not use Restaurant during our stay

We loved our stay at Croma country club because the staff was friendly and very helpful plus very polite . The place was very clean and well managed . Food was great but just could do of a bit more variety on menu and that would bring more people in to eat . But thank u for a lovely stay and we r hoping to book for later in the year .
