Kitchen at the pool is terrible for Some sandwiches takes 1 hour waiting time. Same playlist on and on. Reception people are not friendly. Breakfast was nice and the services are good.

Brand new hotel - very quiet even though it’s right next to a hospital. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. 10 minute drive from Lagoa to Ponta Delgada with a taxi fare of EUR 12-15. Amazing view from rooftop pool. And of course you get cookies 😊 Our only complaint was the leak from the shower stall onto the floor in the bathroom.

It was a brand new property, was very clean and nice. The service was very slow, if you asked for a thing it took a long time get it. Being a new hotel we felt the staff was not that well trained.
Parking was very easy and plenty of it but the location was not that great.

Considering its a newly opened property they could work on extending the hours for room service & the restaurants, there are no other restaurants in the immediate area to get food. also the opening and closing hours of the pool. Also ice & vending machines are definitely needed. And possibly a small shop selling snacks sodas juices etc.for guest.
