A very pleasant, clean and well maintained property, with excellent beach access far from any public parking lots. Management was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was great - we could walk across the road and be at the beach in a few minutes. Lodging was dated - bed was hard, furnishings were old and would be worth updating. The structure of the building was also old, so every time our neighbours moved in the next apartment, we could hear the creak come through to our apartment.

We love Beach Plum. Been there 2 years in a row and we appreciate how attentive the staff is, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the fact that it's not a party spot for teenagers or twenty-somethings having their first beer. Quiet hours are maintained and it's a lovely spot for a couple or small family to enjoy Mtk.

Excellent place to stay, but you’ve got to like kids. Would appreciate coffee to go along with the coffee maker, especially for the first morning of the stay.

The Hotell was nice and a perfect fit for a brief visit to Montauk. Would work perfect in the summer as well.

Wife and I stayed at this beachfront hotel/motel for our one year anniversary. 2 nights in late September so unfortunately we could not enough the beach as much. But, the view of the beach is breathtaking with 180 degree views up and down the old Montauk highway coastline. The view is by far the best feature of this resort. They have a heated pool end tables and chairs around the pool which was nice. Our room had a fully functional kitchenette with plates and silverware along with microwave, toaster‘s, and a stove top which we used to reheat some leftovers from night one. The room is very nice but a little dated and the bed was my least favorite. But the bathroom have been renovated and it was very nice. The check and was easy and the service was above average but we didn’t require them for much else as it was a short stay. It has a great location on the beach and walkable to the center of town and Main Street. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody else. It is a little on the pricey side but the viewing location is well worth it

Even for Montauk, the price was exorbiant for what you get. WiFi didn’t work. Room was suppose to have a queen size bed- it was a double and it was so old and broken down we could barely sleep on it. Location to town, beach and pool were only great. The place could be really nice if it put some of the crazy amounts of money it makes with its high rates back into the rooms.

I loved my stay at Beach Plum so much that I extended my visit by two nights! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly - always willing to help with accommodations. The location is prime, as it is across the street from the beach and a short walk/drive from town. I will definitely be coming back!

It has a great view from the balcony, very well kept. We enjoyed our stay.
