The staff; friendly and personable. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel and hear the springs as you tossed and turned to get comfortable. My shoulders and body ached in the AM. No mattress topper for comfort or bed bug cover for safety, mattress stained.

Wonderful overnight stay. The staff were amazing, room was impeccable-we even had a welcome note. Location and parking were good. Kids were able to swim and play basketball and all felt safe. Definitely recommend this hotel for families.

If a guest has a dog make sure that they are not any where close to another room. There was a dog in room 314 that was left alone and he barked and whinned until the guest came back. We were in room 313.

We had a suite for my sons birthday. Our microwave didnt heat anything up, the shower kept going from hot to cold the whole time i showered, the kitchen table leg was almost off kept having to fix it. Barely any water pressure. The fridge wasnt keeping anything cold.

The property and hotel were very well kept. It was a style of hotel that was very accommodating and had that homey feel. The rooms were efficient and had everything you would need in a very nice arrangement. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Quick overnight stay. The hotel was convenient to the airport and off-airport rental car pickup. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again.

The hotel was great but the room where we stayed in has a wasp nest outside the window and my kids got scared. On the night we stayed there there are lots of kids checked in and some of them decided to play the dingdong ditch. Other than that the staff are great and the place is clean food is okay. We’ll definitely come back.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms. Pleasant and helpful staff especially Robin in the dining area. Good hot meals and very tasty.

Management and staff were very nagging about everything and very unprofessional and rude. They also were watching every thing I did on the camera and admitted to it. Then decided at 4 am to kick me my friend and our kids ranging from 7 months old to 11 years old out because our tv was too loud and we never got a single warning. Me and my friend and our kids woke up to 3 cops standing in our room with bright flashlights telling us we had to leave which was traumatic for children. It was a horrible experience.

It was a nice clean environment. The complementary breakfast wasn’t that great it was not a lot to choose from. The bed mattress on one side had a lump in it. Other than that I have no complaints. The staff were really nice. They greeted you every time you walked in the building. All in all I give them five stars.

It was apparent that someone had been sleeping in our “clean bed” prior to arrival. Hair, eyelashes, and an area in the sheets showered this to be true. I asked for new sheets which were provided for me. They offered to change my room but I declined because my children were already settled. While changing the sheets I unearthed an even more disgusting “mattress pad” the that was covered in animal and human hair. It was gross. Pics are hard to see due to lighting since kids were resting. Would not recommend.
