Montauk is beautiful this time of the year. The pool was still open. We did see some brave souls swimming. Room was amazing clean and they even gifted us books to read and take home. This will be our yearly Fall getaway❤️

The mornings at the beach felt like you were at Sea World. Dolphines and whales swiming in front of you for hours. The room was clean and roomy. The staff friendly.

We would like to make this our vacationing place every year. This was our first visit to Montauk. The BeachComber is gorgeous. Our room was luxurious and our view was picturesque.
The rep who checked is in Naissa,(forgive me for incorrect spelling) was most polite.
Only issue was guest above us or construction going on from the banging noise.
The Beachcomber still gets 5 stars.

We stayed Labor Day weekend. And have stayed before. Location to beach is perfect. Walk across the street to a private beach. Ryan at the pool was very friendly and made sure the tools were followed. The pool is large with plenty of seating and very clean. Gym on site very clean. Rental chairs for beach if needed.
Carmen, who cleaned was fantastic. George the maintenance person very nice and fixed our screen door quickly. The office staff and property manager were all helpful and were able to get us in our two rooms even a little early.
The property is a coop so each room is decorated and furnished differently. Our studio rooms bed was not the best, could have used a new mattress but the room we had for our adult children was a one bedroom with pull out coach and it was lovely.
Rooms are spacious. We had Oceanside studio which comes with everything you need. And we also had a one bedroom which had a big deck and was very spacious.
When booking ask questions about room types and locations. Our room was a short walk to beach some at top of hill can be longer.

It was our third stay at the Beachcomber and just like the past two times we made so many memories! The weather cooperated. We walked into town on various occasions to shop and eat. We went to the beach and explored all of the trails by the light house. Another awesome long weekend in the books!

CONS:
Room was dated and in poor condition: all lamps and TV in power cords; broken cabinets, lightbulbs out, AC so loud could not run at night.

Easy walk to the beach, close to town. Staff went above and beyond - rooms could be updated a bit but overall 10/10 stay!
