This was a great place to stay. Very clean everywhere. The bed was very comfortable. I like having the toilet and the shower in different rooms. The electricity went out in our room around 2am. We called the front desk and they had it fixed within minutes. The shower was a low pressure one. It was okay but a little disappointing. Most of all, everything was very clean.

We really enjoyed our short one-night stay including the breakfast. Everything was great except that the one Tesla destination charger was not working and front desk staff did not know anything about how check it or get it running. I request that management either notify Tesla to remove the location as a Destination Charger or just get the power connected to it and notify staff that it is working and available when guests ask about it. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the Tesla destination charger access. The two other EV chargers in the same garage were frequently taken and we had to create an account and pay for charging. Not complaining about paying for charging, it's just that our expectations were that it was a free amenity based on the Tesla site: https://www.tesla.com/findus/location/charger/dc25410 This site says "5 Tesla Connectors, available 24/7, up to 16kW. Available for customers. Please see front desk."

It took out one elevator, the Wi-Fi on our floor, and apparently some other equipment. Not the fault of the hotel but it did change our experience! The team did the best they could. Apparently the hotel was built in 2008 and will be renovated in 2025.

The shower curtain had pink mold covering almost all the bottom half of it. It was late so we just dealt with it. Talked to the front desk upon check out to make them aware. They said they would take care of it. The amount of mold that was there didn’t happen over night, I’m hoping they up their cleaning habits in the future.
I would stay at this property again, but I will check the room a little more thoroughly before we settle in.

It started out bad by giving us a room with a broken shower door. So we had to move all our bags a second time to an even worse room with no spare toilet paper or a bath matt. The water is that soft kind and you never feel like the soap comes off. The rooms are weirdly inconveniently shaped as if this was an old property and was renovated to make two small rooms into a medium one by doing the bare minimum. There was no effort the second day of our stay to clean our room or even just give us fresh towels. The front desk people were lovely and the location is great. It’s just not up to the usual SpringHill Suites standards.

This was a perfect place for us to stop by on our way through Logan. It was clean it was upscale. The staff was nice and there was a lot of space in the rooms the perfect place.
