A very pleasant stay in a small but very comfortable beautifully presented B & B run by a very nice family. There are only a few rooms and there is off street parking available. The room was very spacious, had tea and coffee making facilities, TV, Wi-Fi was available and everywhere was very clean. A lovely freshly cooked breakfast was very nice including hot and cold drinks, cereals and fruit. It was very quiet and in a nice part of the village. There was a nice local pub serving very nice food just a couple of minutes walk away. A very enjoyable short stay.

Delightful place and Claire was a fabulous host. We arrived late and a bit frazzled but woke up feeling refreshed and rather spoilt in our very lovely room and after a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The guesthouse was very clean,the owner was friendly the food was very nice and the location was ideal for visiting rhe county of Rutland. I would recommend this guest house to anyone whinis looking for a short getaway

I received a phone call at 20.00 hrs. from my boss asking where I found this little gem. He was delighted with both the room and the owners and will definitely be booking again when in that area. Worth travelling a distance to get this quality of B&B. Wonderful.
