My family rented for different rooms to celebrate our last night together at the ocean following my son‘s wedding at a camp in Maine. It was perfect. Shirley at the front desk and every hotel worker we met or accommodating and friendly. We used the picnic tables and Adirondack chairs out front to enjoy an evening of hot chili prepared in our room. The little kitchenette served our purposes well, and our first floor room was exceptional In size, comfort, and cleanliness. We all had incredible ocean views, and saw an amazing sunrise, even the two of us who had first floor rooms. The value was amazing and we will be back.

We were only here for a quick stay, but the service was fantastic. The room is spacious, and the location is amazing. York is such a cute town, and the Sunrise Motel is right on the beach.

A favorite place to stay when in York Maine. The view is outstanding. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

Somebody had likely cooked fish in the room, the strong odour lingered. That is the single biggest thing I would fix. It does have a kitchenette, so these things can happen, but the odour is off- putting.

This was an amazing little spot that was convenient for the wedding that I attended 7 minutes down the road. The room was spacious with a small kitchen and pots and pans were provided. While sitting at the table in front of large window, I had a view of the ocean and so much light from the sun. I was not expecting a tub with jets, but it was perfect for being on my feet all day & night in heels. The office people were so friendly and personable. It made it comfortable to come and go when needed. I highly recommend this place. I will be back with my family.

Across from the ocean. Beautiful sunrise views. Amazing private balcony. Room was clean and updated. No working WiFi — therefore tv didn’t work. Couldn’t make a call without standing on balcony. Overall would go back since they allow one night stays

The shower is where things took a turn for the worst, the drain was clogged with hair and left standing water while showering. The bathroom overall was less than desirable. Everything else was as expected for a motel. Far enough from the chaos of town center but right across the street from the beach.

WiFi wasn’t working and Verizon signal is bad so there was no connectivity in the room.

Great location, friendly staff and clean. The only downside was the inability to connect to WiFi from our room. Limited text and cell service in the room as well. Comfortable seating area out front provided great cell and WiFi connectivity. Could use some updates.

Can reserve for one night. Reasonably priced. Perfect location ❤️.
