The room we was given had mold i bathroom and was told by staff it was not mold. Was able to get room changed. In middle of night stand for microwave broke. Was not given enough towels and wash cloths. Would not return

It was a very nice hotel. Close to Baltimore. Checking in the staff wasn’t too friendly. He didn’t explain about wifi or anything, but other than that it was a great stay. They offered a good breakfast as well. I would stay here again.

Old rooms, with old furniture, smells dark lots, poor lighting

The staff was ridiculously unhelpful! Choice itself was fine and ice. But this place was one of the worst experiences that I have had. I will never go back here and it has seriously affected my decision to stay an another country inn in the future. I did end up calling the corporate office who seemed nice and helpful. I just think that 'local management' needs an overhaul. Whatever the case the room was not very clean, livable and something that i could tolerate.

It was good but the shower was clogged

The front desk lady very rude I would say hello and get no response I tried telling her there was a bug in our room and we ran out of toilet paper the next day I got my own.also I ordered a room with a pull out couch she said no I didn't after I showed her the pic on my phone. Company needs to re train staff on hospitality & ,cleansey ness

Billy at check in was friendly and happy. Great location close to everything. Good breakfast. Spacious clean room 317. Quiet and safe. Could improve on towels readily available, clean the hot tub, restock breakfast items when low.

The front of the hotel was under staffed. The woman who did check-ins also did the breakfast setup, running around and seen ignoring a customer. When asked about it she stated that the setup person was running late. The hotel is quite a distance from Johns Hopkins where I attended a conference and it was difficult to get transportation to the hotel.

Well, overall, I think they got some kind of a child abuse saw bad women program going on there. Wish I have no problem with but the way things are being conducted it. It’s just I would not go back to stay. I definitely wouldn’t go back to the staff was great. The staff was excellent as far as, dealing with you and making sure you had what you need that was good. The facilities I had problem with the whirlpool was not clean every night. The kids were all over the place. I guess I could be wrong by the kids I could be wrong, but the child abuse, bad woman situation, but there was something going on there that just was not pleasant , so I guess overall what I’m trying to say is I will give the place itself a two star wouldn’t be back. My wife was unhappy, but I knew I couldn’t get my money back. The area didn’t seem like it was safe either did not have no problems, but it just didn’t feel Safe breakfast. Let’s change it up a little bit sausage bacon more thanks.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but we had a lot of issues with basic amenities/services. There were no towels at the pool, in the gym or at the desk. There were just two towels in a room for five people and none available at the front desk when we asked for more. The front desk was also unable to give us a pillow for the pull-out bed. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes, and no one came to do anything about it after we notified the front desk. The TV remote didn’t work. The water in the pool and hot tub was cloudy. The breakfast was okay, but they were out of many things at once when we came down around 8:00 (regular coffee, oatmeal, milk, coffee cups).

Decent at best, clean room and property seemed upkept. Carpet in room is old and should be replaceded as well as the upholstered chair ( just say it has seen better days.) Towels were a little rough and worn. Overall, you get what you pay for.
