Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was closest. Next time will definitely read reviews as they all are true. Owner doesn’t care and is rude. He texted at 9 am “check out is at 10” that’s all. Didn’t bother nothing. I hope it gets shut down by health authorities.

There is all we needed for a one nigth stay on our way around Sicily. Very good location in the town centre. The owner provided great advice as to the sightseeing.
The breakfast was very modest - but that was probably caused by COVID-19 safety measures.

Difficult to get in -- we had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to appear, and then it seemed that he was not expecting us. Fortunately there was a family room free. The breakfast was basic. Helpful information was provided about the local area and the owner offered a taxi service to the station which was appreciated.

We were very happy with our stay at the Girosa. Our room was clean and quiet. The proprietors were very pleasant and helpful. The B & B is located in a quiet area at only a short walk from the center of the historic town center.

Much difficulty in finding the owner/operator to open up the hotel - locked when we arrived in late afternoon with only a phone number on the door. Eventually found a caretaker/manager who had to make phone calls to his partner to confirm our booking. Breakfasts was adequate without surprises
