Very convenient. Very close to dining and shopping opportunities. Very close to entertainment opportunities. Had some trouble getting into the parking lot according to google maps but that's probably more of a google maps issue.

Lady working the front desk had a medical issue while I was checking in. I had to help assist her and call an ambulance for her. Then had to wait for another employee to show up to check me in

Only received one room key for 3 people. Only one wash cloth, two towels, and no bath mat to step on out of the shower. The breakfast was very good.

I was very disappointed at check in, I had requested a first floor room close to an exit. My husband is 76 years old and has difficulty walking even with his cane and he’s a heavy smoker. It was very inconvenient being put on 2nd floor and him negotiating the elevator. We will never return to this facility.

We were not given towels or bedding for the sofa when we checked into our hotel. We werent told the staff was behind and found out when we got to the room and there was a notice in the bathroom. We went back downstairs to ask for bedding and towels, were told we would get them delivered later. Went back to the room, hand soap was out. Called back to ask for hand soap too. Was told we would get that and towels/bedding delivered soon. Recieved a call from our room saying the lobby just got really busy. An hour later someone delivered bedding and shampoo, no towels and hand soap. They said they would be right back. An hour later we were delivered a pillow (we did not ask for) and hand soap, still now towels. Then later that night we were finally delivered some towels at around 11 that night, after checking in at 8:30. I dont blame the person that was trying to do everything, but if staff is that short and behind and rooms aren't ready dont make a room available. Breakfast was pretty good, there was warm food choices.

Great location close to the interstate. Quick, friendly check in/check out. Helpful breakfast staff who made sure the items were replaced as needed. Room was comfortable and had adequate space. We did not use the pool or fitness areas but they appeared clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Last my stay was too many questions during check in. Hotels must respect privacy of their clients. It is not their business why I am staying in a hotel.
