Nice facility with a nice breakfast each morning. Property is clean and comfortable. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

Its very inconveniently located, surrounded by heavy construction on all sides. Difficult public transportation and long waits for taxis.

Had a great stay at Clarion Hotel - The Pier. Clean spacious room for 3 adults. We had a beautiful view of the downtown. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good restaurants within walking distance near hotel and easy access to downtown via bus or ferry (free at certain times). Gym was well equipped and sauna was great (robe and slippers provided). Customer service was excellent. Kajsa and Karen at front desk were exceptional - very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing view of downtown Gothenburg from our 7th floor immaculately kept room. Very new hotel in an up and coming neighborhood so there was a bit of construction nearby although we barely noticed it. Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Freddie was especially kind and helpful. Incredibly comfortable bed and we even had a full size soaker tub in our bathroom, making it feel even more luxurious. New fluffy towels and bathrobe. Hotel is across the waterway so it's quite a bit further from downtown than most other hotels. We took a ferry or water taxi to reach downtown which made it more of an adventure getting around. Would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again our next time in Gothenburg!

This was my sixth stay this year and everything was wonderful as usual. Quieter which meant service in the bars was a little slower but still fact enough and always polite and attentive. Look forward to the next one.

This hotel is located across the water from the City center - there’s a FREE ferry that crosses non-stop from outside the hotel. The property is kept immaculate and has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Aleksandra helped us with information regarding a landmark we were trying to locate - she was friendly, knowledgeable and very kind. The breakfast buffet is well balanced with plenty of choices. They have a roof top bar with great views of the harbor and the city. An absolute no brainer if you’re looking for a great place to spend a few days in Gothenburg.

Stayed 2 nights with a celiac daughter. The hotel has a allegry corner in the breakfast area which is nice BUT the area is not marked in a proper way, i.e: the supposed gluten - free dedicated toaster is approached by people with regular bread and used, so there is 100% certainty of cross contamination which is a problem when you are a celiac. Additionally there was a problem when I asked for scrumble eggs from scratch to avoid cross contamination, so to sum it up I think there is a big area for improvement in this area. Especially in a hotel at this level (stayed in another hotel in Gothenburg and the labeling was much better).

A new and fresh hotel on the other side of city centre. The hotel aims for a bit of architecture, which makes the overall impression of the space a bit more than just an ordinary commercial hotel. The smallest room is quite spacious, the beds are great and very clean. The breakfast was generous and dynamic - a huge selection of great food, snacks, beverages. A big plus! The staff is very professional and very friendly.
