The stay was great. But under the mattresses needed cleaning. Not sure if they had ever been lifted.
Staff excellent. But honestly could do with a mini fridge in the lakeside lodges.

The property was ideal for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the booking experience through Expedia was abysmal.
We were told the property was unavailable, which was untrue.
We were offered an alternative of a 3-bed property which supposedly had 6 double beds.
Photos on the Expedia website show this is also untrue.

We stayed in a cabin. Peaceful and quiet outside on the decking but the other 2 neighbouring cabins where vacant so cant say that you wont get noisy neighbours on your visit. Cabin has 10 single beds and bathroom with hot shower. Some of the beds where made up with fresh sheets, duvet and pillows. Electric plug sockets dotted around. Lovely, clean, simple place to sleep and shower. Mattresses are also really comfy. Would definately book again.
