Our family love this property with its awesome view of the mountains. It also has other amenities that you need. We did not use the pool but it was helpful to have the washer and dryer on site. The only thing we wish was better was the other guests on the upper floor did not stomp around at 1 and 2 am in the morning.

I have been coming to the deer ridge for years and have always had a wonderful stay, but this time was the worst! I don’t like the fact that I have to call a number and order towels or toilet paper to be delivered to the room because the office is closed and every condo is owned by a different company! The shower was wonderful but the beds and couch were horrible! I don’t understand why someone would put beds that are as hard as rocks in a vacation rental! I was hurting every night and even tried to sleep in the floor for relief! People come to a vacation rental to relax! I will not be renting from here anymore which breaks my heart because for years I had great experiences. I hope someone will take what I’m saying into consideration and fix the problem before you lose many unhappy renters!

Overall, the property was nice, and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. But I must say the furniture is dated and dirty needs to be replaced. We bought sheets to place over the couch and recliner due to it having a sweaty smell. The mattress in the bedroom definitely needs to be replaced, we felt springs. Not a very good night sleep I must say. I see there was a coffee pot, but no filter or coffee. It would be a waste of time for us to buy coffee because we have a Keurig at home. I feel these items should be complimentary. If these updates are addressed, I would definitely vacation here again.

Spectacular views. But apartment was musty smelling bathroom needs new shower curtains these were yellowed light bulbs needed in living room carpet is nasty and mattress is like sleeping on springs i tried calling the office no answer. I dont know if all apartments are in thus condition loved the area this place needs some TLC

The views were spectacular! In our unit, the bed was horrible and needs to be thrown out. The mattress sags terribly in the middle and we never got a sound sleep in 4 nights. The living room couch is also very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Loved staying at Deer Mountain!! Great views! Friendly service! The pool and hot tub was great for my family! Even played tennis while we were there. Only issue which wasn't too bad an issue was the vibration knocking somewhere by the water heater or central unit closet. Will definitely stay again!!

We spent a nice week up there and was very pleased with everything. It was really nice and quiet until the weekend when more people started to come you cannot hear the commotion outside but we could hear the guests that were above us last night.
Maybe some sound proof padding or carpeting could have helped with this.
But that is s small issue. Had a great time up there even saw a bear

Well we’ve been to this resort the first two times we normally got with the pictures describe this time it was nothing like that the bed was very uncomfortable was broken, furniture all scratched up,we asked them to move us to another room and they said they could not do that they came into our room without informing us about the situation. they said maintenance had fixed the problem with the bed and all they did was put two by fours up under the legs of the bed. It took for me to call to find out what was going on. The first night I slept on the floor after driving ten hours excited to get to the resort it was a complete disappointment I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
