I liked the variety of the breakfast but the western food (sandwich) from room service is disappointing. The staff seem under trained. I don’t have menu in the room, so i asked front desk, he said I can call room service, I said I don’t have menu, he said they will tell you (I was shocked and assumed it is a short one), room service then transferred me to kitchen, kitchen then said I should check menu in room. I had to call front desk again and they finally sent me menu! And it took me 2 hours to get a damn sandwich.

Red lantern decoration on 1st & 2nd floor looks old. Service of staff is very nice. Room is clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable.

Hotel was excellent but the free airport shuttle is limited to morning only and there is no proper signage for the hotel airport shuttle.

The service, facilities and breakfast were great, and the location is very convenient to the airport. The only thing that struck us as odd is that it's an airport hotel that doesn't run a regular shuttle to/from the airport - you have to either book in advance or take a taxi/DiDi.

The room was fairly clean and well kept. The breakfast spreed was good but the service staff was a bit slow. Overall still a nice stay and will be back when I visit Tianjin again.

It is not far to the airport, although not a close as I was led to believe (approx. 20mins in a taxi), so I don't feel it should be classed as an 'airport hotel.' Although we did not drive directly from the port, I believe it is some distance away. The evening buffet, whilst offered various options, the food was only average. Overall, this hotel is ideal if flying out of Tianjin.

Nice hotel with good rates. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of amenities and restaurants on-site. Clean and comfortable rooms.

it is good. But I do not think you stay in the smoking room even though you are a smoker because the air was not so good in the smoking room I had.
