Great location (around 10 minutes walk from central) and good price. Liked that they had free filtered water in reception, was nice to be able to refill water bottles. Also there's a little outdoor seating area (part of the restaurant area that's only open for breakfast) which was a nice place to sit with a bottle of wine in the evening Slight negatives - bath towels very small and thin, with no hand towels provided. Shower temperature varied quite a lot and water pressure was on the low side. Rooms are small and quite sparse. However for the price you can't really expect much more

I booked 3 rooms for the nights of 28 May and 10 June. The night of 28 May was fine and the hotel was adequate for our needs. However, on arrival on 10 June after being on the road for 9 hours, the hotel had no notification of our booking. They were able to find us one room and another 2 rooms in the nearby Moxy hotel 400m away. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience and hassle which we did not need at he end of a very long journey. It appears that the hotel had not been informed by yourselves of our booking which had been made several months ago. This level of service from yourselves is quite unacceptable.

Nice stay in Amiens. The hotel was basic but perfect for our needs. Little touches like filtered water in the reception made stay nicer. With other little details making the stay great. Decent location.

The hotel was a short walk from the car park we used. It was a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral, a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bath towels were thin and small. One or 2 hand towels would be useful, as well as the shower towels. Don’t tuck the duvet under the mattress. As you pull the duvet out around the bed, all of the bed sheet comes untucked as well. I had to remake the bed every time we used it.

Thus, I should review this place based on what it is, not what I thought it was going to be. There are no hand towels in the bathroom, no tissues (just toilet paper), and no closet (just six hangers on the wall). Basically, you get the essentials but that's it. Nothing more, but nothing less. Could there be more conveniences offered? Sure, but remember that this is a budget hotel, so for what it is, this place is very nice. The bed was comfortable enough, my room was spacious enough, and they offer carafes of filtered water that you can take to your room. And they have good (and free) wifi service. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Gare d'Amiens and the center of the city. It's not far at all, but it can feel like a bit of a hike if you have luggage with you. One thing that sets this place apart, however, is the terrific service. All the workers I encountered working at the front desk have all been very friendly and wonderfully helpful. The staff here really need to be recognized for their work.

The rooms was modern, clean and comfortable. Reception staff didn’t seem to helpful supporting on solutions to securely park a couple of motorcycles out of the way so had to use multiple locks, however, I should have checked this out first before booking! Other than that, it’s walking distance (15 mins) to town centre.

Very basic hotel room. Newish building. Location was convenient to the station and easy walk to the Cathedral and old town.
