A beautifully redone hotel and spacious and beds very comfy. Staff friendly but 2 issues: computers were down and checking took @ 1 hour due to the wait time. It would have been good for staff to talk to the people waiting in line to let them know the issue. Also, the hotel lobby felt like it was 80 degrees! It was cold outside but way too hot inside.

Location was good. Close enough to visit family. Near shops and restaurants. Hotel breakfast was ok. HVAC system needs to be upgraded. Makes loud noise when system is on. Parking should be free. But other than that, i willl stay there again in the near future.

We had been there for less than an hr and someone complained about our child making noise. When management banged on the door they didn’t even ask what happened they just said someone complained about noise. Just horrible.

Even though I used a filter for parking being included, this hotel charges a daily parking fee. I asked for an upper floor, we were on the first floor. The description was for a bath & shower combo and we had a walk-in shower only. My first morning shower, I was greeted by a big bug outside the shower.
Positive notes: the staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were good and there was a lot to choose from.

It was a one night situation. It was clean and nice and no one bothered me. so perfect. Breakfast could be better. I know hotels isn't what mama makes but. They could work on a breakfast

I found this hotel to be very clean with very large rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning. Location was good and the area was safe. Would definitely stay here again

We came into town for a family funeral. During our stay my special needs son fell down in the hallway and scraped his head. The staff were absolutely amazing and attentive to him. Making sure he was ok and got us what we needed to help him. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and hotel. Breakfast was always ready, hot and replenished quickly.

Great location, not too noisy. Room was nice & spacious. We did have to ask for extra pillows, as pillows are super soft. They gave us extra with no problem. Breakfast was a good variety. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My over this hotel was awful, the room above me was a couple and they fight all night, banging and screaming.i report the issue to the front desk over 2 time and they wasn’t able to fixed the issue then I left the property around 3am in morning bcs I couldn’t sleep and enjoyed my stay.
When I was leaving the front desk told me I will get a compensation for the inconvenient but no one contacted me or offer a compensation.

The only issue with this hotel is the fact the bar is never open other than to go grab the front desk to serve you. And the pay to park wasn't front and center when comparing the pricing to others.
