The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. I was given an extra blanket because of freezing forcast. Heat didnt really work and cold air blew under the door. I had to roll up matt to keep room temp up.

It was a nice bed, clean shower. They were remodeling, but it didn’t interfere with our stay.

Room was clean and hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the harbor in Florence with many cute shops and great restaurants. The hotel is right on 101, so it was sometimes noisy. But the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Great visit to Florence!
This is a great place to stay. Two levels with outdoor access and walkable access to Old Town. We have stayed here for years and appreciate the cleanliness, location and value provided. We also appreciate the cleaning crew, focused and energetic! Well done.

We were site seeing in the area and found the Super 8 to be comfortable and convenient. The staff were amazing and used every opportunity to assist us from check in to check out we received assistance with our room assignments and with getting ice before we left.

Was initially rather confusing due to name change. Was panicking that booked 2 hotels. Called old town hotel number & they clarified same hotel but bought out. Location was great- close to old town area. Hotel clean with fresh paint. Breakfast was not great but they had decent coffee… Overall worth the cost.
