We had a lovely big room with a very modern bathroom. The staff were excellent and the room was serviced every day.

Everything was made very easy, staff were friendly and very helpful - I couldn't carry bags easily but they took them up for me. A flask of fresh milk in the room was brilliant, real coffee-making (pod) facility, coffee bags (decaf and normal), good tea - all lovely. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Nothing at all could be faulted.

This centrally located hotel is superb. It’s old world charm with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast is included and is cooked to order and was delicious. We also had an evening meal in the dining room and that too was excellent. The menu is very varied and definitely offers something for everyone. Would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again.

Fab hotel, central location. Staff are welcoming and efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent shower and beds were very comfy. Breakfast was superb! Nothing was too much trouble. We've booked a return visit!

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was everything it should be, the atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, and the evening meal I had was very good - I particularly appreciated that everything arrived in a very timely way despite two quite large parties being catered for at the time (all credit to the staff that evening). One of the best stays I've had in quite a while.

This hotel is simply perfect. The rooms were clean and well-apportioned. They contained everything travelers would need. The breakfast was exceptional and the dinner menus delicious. The location is great for getting about and no noise at night. Absolutely recommend.

Very good a-la-carte breakfast. Nice location, close to the old town and few minutes walk from the train station.
Complementary, delicious cookies in the room. Charming hotel and bedrooms, one issue is that water was dropping in the bedroom from the ceiling, from time to time. I notified the reception so I hope they fixed the issue.

Graet hotel with good food in the bar downstairs. Room was small but comfortable and adequte for the single nigth that I stayed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great spot to stay in Lancaster and have stayed twice in the last four week.
The evening meals are excellent as is the evening service. the food at breakfast is also great but the service at breakfast time on both occasions as been a bit slow and not really attentive
