Wonderful experience.

Our first room stunk so bad of smoke in a non smoking room, but they did give us another room. The heater was extremely noisy. The toilet had black mildew under the inside edges and in the ceiling over the shower. It did not seem clean. There was a fridge and microwave as well as coffee maker.

From the website and some of the reviews I read the Hotel looked nice. Upon arrival, it looked like a run down college dorm. We had trouble entering the building and our room, because there is no key or room card it's a passcode keypad. There is no way of knowing that you are at the Kiteville Hotel, no sign or identification. The was spacious enough, but I did not feel safe. It looks like people live in this building or sell drugs or a rent a room for an hour. This place is on our BLACK LIST!!! We will spend the extra money to stay at a place where I feel safe. There was supposed to be a quiet time between 9:00pm and 7:00am, but at 10:30pm there were kids running up and down the hall screaming and running outside. Of course there was no front desk to call and complain to. When we left as soon as we walked out of our room the hall smelled like dog crap. When we arrived the carpet was being shampooed. God only knows what was on the carpet. We will never stay there again.

Rented for a week and it was so dirty left for other property. Manager did not return text or voicemail. Bathroom was filthy with mold.

The property isn't that bad but there's no lobby in case you need any questions or help. You have to search for one guy who is able to communicate with the owner who lives in Turkey. There are only two rooms with a double bed , plus the codes for the rooms are never randomized for safety purposes.

Not clean. Toilet did not work. Nasty toilet was never cleaned and crap under seat when lifted lid. Trash left on floor. Only 2 towels and no hand towel or wash cloth. No ice bucket. Terrible place and would. It stay again

On the floor was feces and yellow stained rug, broken window blinds, brown water coming from the shower, broken tv, no internet, used paper towels and used papers plate with a fork under the night stand, cigarette burns on the rug, in spots the rug was shredded in areas from maybe a dog, and there were holes in the wall seeing into the next room... And yes I have photos of the disgraceful shameful place on our 2 night stay in Lancaster....

The bathroom door in my room didn’t lock. The safe didn’t have battery, so I wasn’t able to use it. The TV didn’t work - it was set to run on store demo mode. WiFi didn’t connect and service was inconsistent. There was supposed to be quiet hours but people were hanging outside yelling very loudly up until 1am. However, if you’re just looking to find a room to stay in overnight and have very low to mid expectations, this might be for you.
