Kind people. Our trip to a attraction was in the early time of morning, the staff made us a breakfast to go. Because we would miss the breakfast at the hotell. Problem solvers. Dont be discuraged by the look of the outside of the hotell. The inside is amasing and modern.

The hotel fasade looks abandoned which was quite worrying for me, but we arrived early to check in and were greeted with a lovely receptionist, which tried to find us a room and kindly directed us to a nearby parking. Unfortunately thst is where the postives ended for us as when we went up the room it was extremely warm, although the fan and windows were open. It was 27c ourside. The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning of any kind or a lift... so this may be suitable for the winter time more than summer days.

The hotel is excellent and very well located. Very clean and pleasant staff They need to add better fans or to what would be great is ceiling fans as it was too hot in summer

Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the old town and Wawel castle. Recommended for families.

I had good stays at this hole. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes to the old town. Breakfast is great with hot meals. All the receptionists are friendly. I'll use this hotel next time too.

I was traveling with my nephew to Zakopane and decited to stay in Krakow for the night. The location and the price was fabulous! We had a modern, fresh, clean and comfortable room. Nice and safe location with a little gated courtyard... Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Overnight great experience! Recommended.

Cleanlyness needs to improve, bathroom had blackmold. Beds very hard, (to our personal taste) Asked for a soft topping, regretfully that didn't come. One day we came in the afternoon to give our feet a little rest, room wasn't cleaned, wich we at that point did not mind. We told we would be going out again in an hour time, on wich the cleaning lady said it was o.k. , but in the end the room wasn't cleaned that day. Breakfast was good, location was perfect. Lot's of public transport, 10 walk to main square, 10 walk to main railway station. Safe area, inner courtyard is closed with gate at night. So some negatives, some positives, but in the end, value for money, however needs to be cleaner.

These partments are awesome! Doesnt get any better in Krackow!

Great location, very friendly staff, breakfast is like no other. Only negative was we had a room by a loud group of college students and could hear them throughout the night.

Everything was lovely, staffs are friendly. Room is quite small though. However there is almost no sound proof for this building, you can hear everything from the other room, foot steps, conversations, even the TV they were watching i could clearly hear. It was really loud and the customer above us was having an argument from mid night - 2:30am!!!! Bring your ear plugs.

Great location, easily walkable to the old town and main train station.

Prpoerty was a sheer delight, hidden behind a beauriful iron gate through a qaint courtyard. Positioned within walking distance to shops and the main market square. Transport links easily accessible also. Rooms were surprising large and accommodated our party very well. A quiet hotel. Would stay again.
