Nice and cozy. Was having technical issues so we didn’t get room cards initially, the employee gat it to us the next morning. Walls in the hotel are thin you can hear everything going on outside of your room. Great neighborhood and surroundings.

This is a charming, characteristic 1950’s type Miami , small hotel in beautiful Bal Harbor. Next door is the excellent Palm Restaurant. Everything is walkable, the shops, the beach lots of eateries. The hotel is very clean and the staff are kind and courteous. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Landon Bay Habour. No amenities (pool, gym, access to places etc) but was perfect for our needs - light breakfast, clean and comfortable room, close to the beach and friends, and friendly staff. (For those who drink wine, theres a wine happy hour!)

Feliciano was incredible at the front desk.
They charge a $20 resort fee per day I wasn’t aware of but everything else was great. Staff is super helpful and friendly.
Parking is tough to find but its Miami and that’s the way it goes. Would stay here again

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The Palm restaurant was next door and the bal harbor shops and restaurants and the beach were all close walks
