Customer Service was welcoming, helpful & efficient. Room was clean and spacious for 1 night stay.
Breakfast was fine- its a free breakfast so wasn't expecting much but everything available was tasty & coffee was fresh.
Location was very convenient off the highway and we felt safe.

Rooms were very clean, no musty smell from AC unit (sometimes a problem in older units). Bath and shower were excellent, especially liked the wall mounted body wash and shampoo unit.

Front desk person very welcoming. Hotel very clean. Our room was great. The most comfortable beds! Only drawback was breakfast ends at 9a.m. I know business people leave early but we are retired and on vacation. Would prefer it to end at 10 like most other hotels we stay at.

Liked the shower. Liked the bed. Was disappointed in the breakfast. The last time I stayed at a Fairfield they had an excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Which is why I booked at Fairfield this time.

The room was clean and attractive. It was spacious as well.
There was a sign that said no pets, but there were dogs in the room next to us. They barked a few times, but thankfully not during the night.

Property needed maintenance. I am use to much better from fairfield inns. Pool was closed for maintenance, ceiling panels in hallway need replaced, outside doors near our room had broken closers that need replaced, also the electronic key kept malfunctioning locking us out so we had to walk around to the front of the building.

There trash was left I the bathroom. How beds were made was off also. Happy it was only one night. Also no water with breakfast. Staff seemed to think the drinking fountain down the hall was ok, I don’t.

Overall great stay. Only issue was the shower curtain for handicap shower was cut two inches too short so the water went all over the floor.

Our room was not clean. There was trash left on the floor and hair on the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink hadn’t even been wiped down after the previous guests.
