Firstly, if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The staff are incredible and very helpful. The facilities are fantastic and there is SO much on offer. And then there was the location. Great views. This was a great hotel for a bit of luxury. Highly recommend it.

The hotel grounds are beautiful with an amazing sea view.
But the villas are outdated and we had many things not working ( bath drain, shower head.. )
They were fixed quickly after reporting them, but from a 5 star resort I would expect everything being checked in the room before a new guest checks in.
We also had a few misunderstandings for instance about bedding changes ( there is a card in the room saying it gets changed every day unless you tick a box that means you want it changed every 3..we didnt tick it and it still didnt get changed until we explicitly asked for it..).
In general it's a beautiful place with huge potential but should be managed better to justify the cost.

The resort was very far away and the nearest city was very smal and poor
We had no housekeeping the first day and the hotel said that if you put the sign/dolfin “don’t disturb”
out it means no cleaning at all that day.

My Wife and I did a 4 night stay at The Vijitt Resort in Phuket booking the deluxe Pool Villa. I can honestly say from the moment we arrived until we left the staff was accommodating. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful with everything. The resort also has everything you need as my wife and only left the area one to go to 7Eleven for some extras. They have two restaurants one is a Traditional Thai restaurant which we ate at one and the other the main restaurant with so many fantastic dishes to choose from. The chefs make everything to order and do an outstanding job. The resort has a Spa and my wife and I agree the massage quality is top notch. To sum it up this Resort and the people who work there are amazing, highly recommend the Vijitt and will book again the next time we are in Phuket.

I couldn't imagine a more beautiful place! Everything was amazing. The staff went above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness. The accommodations, the view, the restaurant - all perfect. Highly recommend!

The property is in a very good condition and the staff is extremely nice and helpful, however the location is far away from the main beaches, restaurants and shopping. Technically this property has no beach, the closest beach is 10 minutes' drive.
The facilities are very nice, especially the villa with pool.

Very nice area, private villas so no neighbours to be bothered by and a hotel shuttle that brought us to all the most beautiful places in the area. In short, amazing.

Lovely bungalow hotel in south phuket. We especially liked the pool, views, the calmness, friendly service, and breakfast. Minus that AC was only on when we were in the room. The hotel wasnt as clean as other hotels we stayed at, maybe would need some updating.

This was our second visit to The Vijitt not much has changed in the seven years since our first visit.
We had a Seaview villa which was brilliant.
Resort is very relaxing & staff are friendly.
Only maked down because service was a little poor the first night, getting attention of waiter to order, napkins given after finished starters & empty glasses not collected when new drinks served.
Would love to stay at the Vijjit again one day.
Also please bring back the chocolate martini & man poo (crab cakes) at the Ban Vijitt.
