Stayed for 7 nights in a balcony room in June, this hotel was just fabulous the rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food but best of all was the reception staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so central to all the restaurants and directly across from the beach, will definitely be back.

No bell boy services or easy way to roll suitcases in. Have to manually lift them onto the entrance platform that is about a foot or higher. Pillows are old, hard and uncomfortable. Hotel had no other pillow options available. Area around the hotel was not very clean.

I was given a business room but no view there’s a window but I don’t see anything I felt claustrophobic, and the room is dark without the lights on. I asked to be transferred but no room she said, other than that, everything else is good, especially Rosanna and Laura they’re both helpful and helped me to arranged my itinerary during my stay. The owner was nice to exchanged my money.

Absolutely beautiful family run hotel. The Nautilus is immaculate and everything is spot on. The rooms are lovely and modern. We booked a sea facing balcony which was great to sit in the mornings and watch the world go by. The owner is constantly checking everything is just so and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Laura who was so helpful in booking trips or just there for a friendly chat. The breakfasts are really nice with everything you need and the dining room is spotless. There is also an outdoor terrace where you can eat. Highly recommend this hotel. The location of the Nautilus is perfect for buses and trains and in the quieter end of Giardini Naxos and only a 15 minute bus ride into Taormina which is stunning.

Can't say enough about the staff: friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional all at once. Many restaurants, all great. Free parking. Proximate to Taormina - walking distance. Town has seen better days but tourism is bringing it back. Meanwhile, overlook the rough edges - you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! My only regret about the place is that I had to leave to explore more of Sicily! Highly recommend. It is a wonderful place to stay!

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure you had a great experience. Loved the oceanfront suite, you can hear ocean waves from the room and the oversized balcony was a treat. I’d love to stay here again but it was a drive to Taormina by taxi which not convenient. There were limited dining options in walking distance. Overall the hotel was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. Wish there were more dining options close by.
