Overall a lovely stay. We booked a king room but I'm sure the bed was a queen at most.

Temperature of the room was too warm even with windows opened. Finally got engineers to centrally reduce the ambient temperature on the air conditioning system to restore some degree of comfort.

Staff remembered us very well and facilitated our occasional requests. Many of the staff speak English so we had no issues getting our requests met or answered.
Great cuisine and much variety. The restaurant staff were also very good and this experience encourages any guest to return.

Really nice hotel close to a big shopping mall and a subway station.It was really convenient for our purpose. Excellent service for the whole stay. The only negative point was the meal: ordered from the menu and received vegetables from the buffet... Would still go back!
