This was a nice hotel in a very good location to shopping, restaurants, and access to I 81, south and northbound lanes. The queen size beds, I felt were comfortable with two choices of pillows. The only thing though that stood out to me was that the beds were on platforms, thus taller than an average size bed to get into. Granted there was a plastic stool, but did not use it. Also, there was no maid service (unless you were checking out and they clean your room for the next guest(s)) and according to the sign on the registration desk, if you wanted extra towels, you would have to ask for them/pick them up at the registration desk. I felt like Best Western was still using this outdated Covid precaution.

I have stayed here three times over the past 3 years. It's just right. From the beds to the pool. Nothing too fancy, nothing cheap, great attention to detail. And the breakfast is expertly prepared and delicious and the space well looked after.

This was my first time staying at a Best Western and it was great! Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was better than some I’ve had at more expensive chain hotels. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Loved the indoor pool and the staff was very friendly. Room cleanliness was average but overall it was a family friendly atmosphere and my daughter enjoyed her very 1st vacation!

There was nothing not to like. $ Staff, clean, quiet and made for a nice sleep for overnight travel. The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices to pick from. Great location to get on and off highway! Will see you on my return trip from MA thank you. Sherry

Since I travel a lot on I-81, I have stayed at multiple hotels on this route. The Best Western Plus in Harrisonburg is one of the best. It is very conveniently located off I-81, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel and definitely nicer than the other NAME hotels nearby(we know, we’ve stayed at them). Awesome value and the breakfast is always good!
